Job Description

  • Responsive for working RIGHT all customs regulations about Import-export shipments of company, especial in Customs regulations of EPE.
  • Manage and arrange work reasonable. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure work of department to be done efficiently.
  • Set up sub contractors, shipping agents, service agencies management master file, set up import –export goods and customs declaration procedure.
  • Establish department goal based on company goal. Plan and propose all needfuls to meet the team objectives.
  • Plan and implement on job training about logistics for logistics staffs; 
  • Establish qualified suppliers’ target; select and develop suppliers, shipping agencies network. Negociate prices, means of transportation, payment method and timeline of transportation. Check contract and cost impact.
  • Responsive balance input and output for all Raw material, Consumable in order to do right about the Norm for import-export of company as regulations.
  • Monthly budget Import-export cost as per import export requirement from other departments; make comparision and analysis actual cost with the budget.
  • Establish a database and updated circulars, decrees, regulations in import and export activities, the policy tariff in domestic and international shipping activities ...;
  • Plan to deliver goods based on requirements from customers or receive goods as production needed, coordinator with units located transportation contractors; Set up transport schedules, control export-import activities, transfer, distribute from the supplier to the customer; Monitor and ensure goods to deliver right place, right time;
  • Establish a database and update regularly good delivery status, estimated time and the results of delivery.
  • Consult or contact directly with suppliers or customers to solve problems rapidly during delivery.
  • Search, develop, incorporate and manage distribution agencies to ensure that goods are delivered as per requirement;
  • Report Import-export activities, goods on the way, operating costs, the domestic and international law related to Logistic operation weekly, monthly;
  • Responsive for well doing all Customs report as regulations. 
  • Promote ideas to leaders to improve the supply chain system and implemented other necessary tasks as required by leadership;
  • Ensure to store Import-Export documents properly according to standard of ISO 9001-2015

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics management. Candidate has to have experience in logistics management in FDI company such as American, German, Italia, New Zealand, Australia and countries belong to Asia Pacific Area)
  • Good at computer skill (Word, Excel, Email ...);
  • Good at English or Chinese language skill.
  • Proactive, great at work planning.
  • Well organized and good negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure. 
  • Willing to handle more work and take more responsibilities.
  • Business Administration or Foreign Trade Bachelor Degree.
