• In-house heat treatment,specially treated on a vacuum furnace if requested.
• Following original customer tolerances or proposing tighter tolerances for improvement of knife quality.
• Various material grades available per customer demand and for optimum application.

Dimension: Edge Style: single or double-edged. |
Cutting Edge Angle: as per type of machine or as requested. Normally from 25 to 45 degree. Material: chipper knife steel, or high alloy tool steel, or high speed steel or as per customer’s request. Hardness: suggest the hardness specification based on material grade or as per customer requirements. |
Application: crushing waste timber, cutting timber to chips. Machine: drum chipper machine, or Disc chipper machine, or others chipper machines. |
